The Inspiration Behind Hi10 Education
Aysha Yasmin, the driving force behind Hi10 Education, is an accomplished educator with a Master's degree in Engineering & Technology and years of experience inspiring young minds. Her passion for STEM education began during her time as an engineering lecturer in India, where she noticed a recurring challenge among her students. Many struggled to grasp core concepts despite achieving high marks in school, highlighting a disconnect between traditional teaching methods and true understanding.
This realization sparked a desire in Aysha to transform the way STEM subjects are taught. She believes in fostering a growth mindset and encouraging students to embrace challenges as opportunities for learning. Aysha began incorporating real-world examples and hands-on activities into her lessons, witnessing firsthand how this approach helped students connect with the material on a deeper level.
Driven by her passion to empower the next generation of learners, Aysha brought her innovative approach to Australia, where she founded Hi10 Education.
